BOOKING POLICY

Table Reservations

We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Reservations can be made through our website, by telephone, or in person.

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by email, SMS, or telephone.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at the time of your reservation.

We will normally hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your booked time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available after the holding period.

Group Bookings

Bookings for larger groups may require additional confirmation, a deposit, or a pre-order. We will contact you if any additional requirements apply.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the table to other guests.

If your booking requires a deposit, any cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking.

Special Requests

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requests, including dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs, or seating preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

Guests with food allergies or intolerances should inform us before ordering. While we take care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, our kitchens handle a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings

We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or cancel bookings where necessary, including in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, operational requirements, or where a booking has been made in error. If we need to cancel your reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where possible, offer an alternative booking time.

When you make a booking, we may collect personal information such as your name, telephone number and email address. We use this information solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you about your booking.
